I’m Eric Devismes, a ServiceNow Certified Master Architect with 15 years of experience in large-scale digital transformation programs. I work with global organisations across Europe, the US, and APAC — especially in banking and insurance industry — to modernise operations, align technology with business value, and deliver results that matter.
As the APAC ServiceNow practice lead and Enterprise Architect at Atos, I’ve led transformation roadmaps, guided complex implementations, and helped organisations unlock the real potential of the ServiceNow platform.
